Overview
Techtivo partnered with Town & Country Federal Credit Union (TCFCU), one of Maine’s leading credit unions, to modernize their outdated website platform and provide a more flexible, scalable, and maintainable digital experience.
Their previous website environment limited customization capabilities and restricted the internal team’s ability to manage content efficiently. To address these challenges, we led a full migration of the website into a modern WordPress ecosystem powered by AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes-based monitoring.
The entire website was rebuilt within WordPress using YooTheme’s visual site builder, allowing TCFCU’s team to independently manage content, create new pages, publish blogs and newsletters, and perform most design updates without requiring ongoing developer support.

Visual Theme Builder Empowerment
Using YooTheme within WordPress, we created a flexible and user-friendly editing experience that empowers TCFCU’s internal teams to manage and update site content independently. This significantly reduced reliance on technical resources for routine website updates and content management.

The platform was deployed on AWS infrastructure to provide a secure, scalable, and high-availability hosting environment. Multiple deployment environments were implemented to support efficient development, testing, and release workflows.

Real-Time Monitoring & Uptime Management
Leveraging Kubernetes, we developed a custom monitoring dashboard capable of tracking site availability, infrastructure health, and resource usage in real time. Automated alerts notify teams when traffic spikes or infrastructure thresholds are exceeded, helping maintain optimal uptime and performance.
