Collab.org

What we did
Project
Overview
Techtivo developed the Collab platform, powered by Town & Country Federal Credit Union (TCFCU), as a community-focused digital experience designed to inspire collaboration, highlight impactful local initiatives, and encourage user participation across Maine.
The platform serves as a hub for showcasing community projects, events, and ideas while providing users with the opportunity to contribute their own initiatives aimed at creating positive change.
To support both performance and ease of content management, Techtivo implemented a modern architecture using Next.js for the frontend experience and Strapi CMS as a lightweight yet powerful headless content management system. This setup enables the Collab team to efficiently manage content, update pages, and publish new initiatives through intuitive prebuilt templates and workflows.
Key Technical Achievements
01
Strapi CMS + Next.js Architecture
By combining Strapi CMS with Next.js, we delivered a fast, scalable, and highly maintainable platform. The custom CMS implementation allows the Collab team to easily manage content using flexible prebuilt page templates, streamlining the process of creating and updating site content without requiring developer intervention.
02
Social Network-like behavior for users
The platform includes social-network-inspired functionality that encourages user engagement and collaboration. Users can create profiles, save and interact with content, and submit their own ideas and initiatives for potential feature placement across the platform.
