Project
Overview
Techtivo developed the SmallBusinessLoans (SBL) Application with the primary objective of transforming the existing Single Page Application (SPA) into a modern, scalable multi-step application powered by an advanced frontend framework.
The project involved a complete rebuild of SBL’s application flow, focusing on performance, flexibility, and an improved user experience. The frontend application was built utilizing a modern server-rendered JavaScript framework to deliver fast load times, scalable architecture, and seamless navigation, while a robust backend Content Management System (CMS) is responsible for managing the structure, content, and business logic behind the flow.
Through custom CMS development, we created a dynamic drag-and-drop flow builder that enables the creation and reordering of application steps, configuration of form fields and inputs within each step, and unlimited flow variations without requiring major code changes. This architecture gives FairSquare’s teams the ability to rapidly adapt the application experience to changing business requirements and partnership opportunities.

Fully Dynamic Application Flow
The application flow is managed online via system admin panel, allowing business and technical teams to create, edit, and deploy multiple versions of the flow without frontend redevelopment.
This same dynamic architecture also powers Partner Flows: co-branded application experiences that can operate independently with customized logic, layouts, and behavior.

Built-In A/B Testing Infrastructure
By integrating Convert Experiences, the platform supports large-scale A/B testing across the application flow. Teams can quickly experiment with different UX patterns, layouts, messaging, and conversion strategies to continuously optimize user performance and completion rates.
